Makes 2 small pizzas

2 x 20 cm pizza bases, half-cooked
100 ml cream cheese
60 ml sun-dried tomato pesto
250 ml (1 c) grated mozzarella cheese
200 g cooked boerewors, sliced
40 ml coriander pesto
grated Parmesan cheese and toasted coriander seeds to garnish
Set the oven temperature at 220 °C and preheat the oven grill.
Put the pizza bases on a baking sheet and spread with the cream cheese and tomato pesto, leaving a 1 cm rim uncovered.
Scatter over half the mozzarella cheese and arrange the boerewors on top.
Scatter the remaining cheese over the boerewors.
Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and done.
Garnish with coriander pesto, Parmesan cheese and toasted coriander seeds.
