CD: The Fame Monster, Lady Gaga

Is Lady Gaga a victim of her own over-the-top style? It certainly seems that way after listening to her second album, a highly anticipated follow-up to The Fame.

Of the eight songs Bad Romance is by far the best and sadly the rest of the songs fail by comparison.

There’s the R&B/pop Beyoncé duet Telephone, the dark and catchy Monster, Teeth and the energetic ballad Alejandro. The rest sound stale.
