Each SMS costs R1,50. There’s no limit to the number of entries – you may enter once for each Stork BAKE brick you buy (hang on to the barcode in case you win).

BUTTER BISCUITS
Makes 96
4 x 250 ml (4 c) cake flour
10 ml (2 t) baking powder
pinch of salt
300 ml (1¼ c) sugar
250 g STORK BAKE
2 eggs
glacé cherries, sliced
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Grease a few baking trays.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Rub the STORK BAKE into the mixture.
Beat the eggs and add to the mixture.
Mix to form a stiff dough, without handling too much.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut into shapes.
Decorate some with sliced cherries.
Place on the trays and bake for 12-15 minutes until done.
Leave to cool on the trays then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
