Buy any Stork BAKE brick, SMS the words STORK BAKE3, plus the last 5 digits of your Stork Bake barcode followed by your name and surname to 34923 by 5 pm on 23 September 2011.
Each SMS costs R1,50. There’s no limit to the number of entries – you may enter once for each Stork BAKE brick you buy (hang on to the barcode in case you win).

SAVOURY MUFFINS
Makes 10-12
500 ml (2 c) cake flour
20 ml (4 t) baking powder
2 ml (½ t) salt
5 ml (1 t) mustard powder
75 g bacon, fried and finely chopped
75 g grated Cheddar cheese or crumbled feta cheese
4-6 pitted black olives, chopped
150 g STORK BAKE
125 ml (½ c) buttermilk or full-cream milk
1 extra-large egg
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Grease 12 hollows of a muffin tin.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Add the bacon, cheese and olives and mix lightly.
Melt the STORK BAKE and cool.
Add the buttermilk or milk and egg and beat until well mixed.
Add to the dry ingredients, cutting in lightly with a knife until just mixed.
Spoon into the prepared muffin tins.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted in the middle of the muffins comes out clean.
Cool and serve with extra STORK BAKE, biltong and cheese.
