STORK MEDIA24 PROMOTION RULES
1. The Promoter is Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“The Promoter”)
2. This promotion is open to all South African residents over the age of 18 except the employees and immediate families of the Promoter , participating sponsors, associated companies, advertising agencies and anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, purchase any STORK product and sms your name, mobile number and barcode to (35791) all Sms’s charged at (R3,00) free sms’ do not apply. You are entitled to one entry per each separate purchase.
4. Entrants may be requested to provide proof of purchase so please retain your receipts as proof of purchase.
5. There will be 10 monthly prizes of R5000 and a Grand Prize of R50 000 that will be drawn in January 2011.
6. Monthly random draws will be conducted by MEDIA24 at their Cape Town offices, throughout 2010, with the first taking place on 18 February 2010 and the winner being announced in March 2010. The draws will proceed to take place in this manner until the Grand Prize random draw which will take place in December 2010 with the winner being announced in the January 2011 editions of YOU and HUISGENOOT magazines.
7. The promotion will run from 11 February 2010 to 31 December 2010 all entries received after this date will not be considered.
8. Winners will be notified via telephone prior to being featured in the YOU/HUISGENOOT publication.
9. The organisers will endeavour to contact the prize winners for seven days after their name is drawn. If, however, they cannot be reached, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
10. The prize is not transferable.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner or staff for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner.
12. The competition organizers will not be held responsible for any delays in payments.
13. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and promoters.
14. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
