The date had been etched in her mind for years: 11 November 2011, the day she would get married. All she needed was to find the ideal man – and as time ticked by her friends told her she’d better get a move on if she wanted to be wed on that once-in-a-lifetime date.
Enter actor Scott Bailey, cue in a romantic, on-bended-knee proposal during a romantic Hawaiian getaway and – voilà! – Adrienne Frantz could finally go ahead and plan the wedding she had long dreamt of.
And at exactly 1.11 pm on 11 November 2011 The Bold and the Beautiful star glided down the aisle to meet the man who’d helped her fantasy come true.
She wanted this date because it’s supposed to be lucky, she explains. “There’s the thing about making wishes when it’s that time and we just think that magical things happen on 11/11. We want to enjoy every minute of our lives together.”
Adrienne (33), who plays troublemaker Amber Moore in the hit soapie, and Scott (32) are still basking in the glow of their fairytale wedding when we reach them at the Bold set in Los Angeles.
